Choose ANY iTV Coded XCIPTV App or the Free 3.1.7
Version below on download list

Click Icon in Upper right to Create Account
click +ADD In Account Management
Enter Login and Portal URL Information
For iTV5 Service
Select Player
Change Default to VLC
Then Select Stream Type
Select MPEGTS as Default Type
Once that is done, press back button to LiveTv Screen
