How do I renew my account?
To renew your account, go to our Shop page and order any package, and enter your current username of the account you want extended. The order will process, once it is completed your account will be extended.
How long does it take for my account to activate?
All orders will be completed and activated within 24 hours (most accounts will be activated in much less time). Your account will be active after you receive the 2nd “Order Complete” email. If you are not receiving your order, please contact us at [email protected] or use our Messenger chat in the bottom right corner.
How do I change my IPTV password?
To change your IPTV password, please email [email protected] your username and the new password you want.
What channels do you offer?
There are over 1000 premium HD channels available, and more are always being added. This includes ALL UFC games, NFL games, Sunday Ticket, NBA, Nascar, Golf, and more.
How many devices can I use at once?
You are allowed as many devices to connect as to the subscription purchased. ie: 2 Connection subscription allows 2 devices simultaneously. 4 connection subscription allows 4 devices simultaneously, etc. No IP Lock on account so you can use ANYWHERE, just not to exceed your service connections. Sharing an account is forbidden and any account found doing so, will be banned and no refund will be issued.

Is there a contract?
Nope! Unlike cable providers, ITVRUS Streams is a “pay as you go” service. You only pay for as much time as you want. If you want 1 month of service, pay for 1 month. If you want 6 months, pay for 6 months and never get a bill again.
Why am I buffering?
The buffering can be caused by a few factors, including the device you are using not being fast enough, the server you are connected to is not your ideal server, or because you do not have a VPN. If you experience any of these issues, please contact us and we will find a way to resolve it for you.
